Vegetables Brochettes

Ingredients for 4 people

2 zucchinis, 2 onions, 4 tomatos, 1 green pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Making 20 minutes

Slice the zucchinis, tomatoes and onions into large slices (1 cm large/ 0.40 inch large).
Clean the peppers and slice them into large slices too.
Prepare your brochettes by mixing the vegetables.
Brush the brochettes with the olive oil.
Put the brochette onto the grill, and let it grill for 3 minutes on each side.
Put the Appolia Oval Plate on the grill, and place the brochettes inside, to keep them warm.
Serve them with a salad, grilled fish or grilled meat with rice.
