Q1 - How to use your casserole or tajine?

No Need to presoak. Aimed for all kind of hobs (EXCEPT INDUCTION).

It goes to the microwave, oven, dishwasher and even freezer.

Q2 - What is our flameproof ceramic?

* Natural earthenware body made of clay highly heat resistent. The ceramic will diffuse slowly the heat in your meal, it will reveal perfectly the best aromas of nutrients.

* Special glazing, guarantee lead and cadmium free. It gives a very smooth surface that doesn't stick while cooking, resists scratching and it's very easy to clean.

We also guarantee our glazing will never crakle after many uses, which guarantees a perfect hygiene, as food smells will not remain in the dish.

* Highly resistent to thermal shocks. You can cook at high temperatures, and put the dish under cold water, it resists

* It's very light to handle compared to other metal cookwares.
