Use your Appolia Cake Pan
Ingredients:
3 eggs, 200 gr (7 oz) of flour, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 50 gr (1.70oz) of cream, salt and ground pepper. 1 packet of yeast, 200 gr (7oz) of cooked foie gras, 100 gr (3.50oz) of shelled periwinkles, 1 bunch of thyme.
Making:
In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, yeast, olive oil, cream, salt & pepper; until you get a perfect mix. Cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
Slice the chilled foie gras into big pieces
Add some of the mixture in an Appolia cake pan, then add the big slices of foie gras and the periwinkles. repeat this step.
Add some beautiful thyme leaves on the bread, and put in the oven for 40 min, at 170°C (340°F).
When finished cooking, remove it from the pan, and let it cook for 30 minutes.
