To be used with the Appolia covered casserole

Ingredients for 4 people

1 White Tuna Steak 800 gr (1.75 lbs), Olive Oil, 4 Cloves of garlic, 2 Courgettes, 3 Tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 eggplant, 1 green pepper, 1 bouquet garni, fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon of carry

Preparation time 25 min:

Thickly peel the onions, cut the courgettes, tomatoes and eggplant. Slice the green pepper in small cubes, then keep it in the Appolia cover, inverted.

In the casserole add the olive oil and brown all the vegetables on a slow flame. Add the cloves of garlic and the bouquet garni. Add salt & pepper and let it cook for 30 minutes on slow flame. Stir occasionally.

Sprinkle the tuna steak with fresh thyme, salt, pepper and carry.

Put the steak in the middle of the casserole with the vegetables from the lid. Cover and let it cook for 40 minutes on medium flame.

Serve it wioth steamed potatoes.
