To be used with the Appolia covered casserole

Ingredients for 6 people:

 

1 Kg of diced beef (2.20 lbs), 100 gr of bacon (3.50oz), Olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 bouillon cubes, 8 carrots, 2 onions, coriander, parsley, herbs of provence, salt & pepper.

Slice the onions, peel the carrots and slice them into large rounds.

 

In the Appolia covered casserole, brown the beef in the olive oil. Then keep in the Appolia cover, inverted.

 

In the sale casserole, add onions and bacon for 5 minutes. Tip in the beef, then carrots, water, bouillojn cubes and herbs of Provence. The garlic cloves, colriander and parsley. Add salt and pepper at your convenience. Cover it and simmer for 1 hour on slow flame.
