Baked cod with herbs

Ingredients for 4 people:

 

500 gr steamed or boiled cod (1.10 lbs) flaked, 100 gr cooked rice (3.50oz), 1 bowl of béchamel sauce, 1/2 box of fresh mushrooms sliced, small tub of crème fraiche, 75 gr Gruyère cheese (2.60oz), grated Breadcrumbs, 1 onion and 3 garlic cloves chopped, parsley and chervil.

 

Making: 20 min

 

Line the base of an Appolia rectangular baking dish with the rice. Put the béchamel sauce, flaked cod, chopped mushrooms and the creme fraiche into a deep bowl and fold together. Pour this mix over the rice in the baking dish and layer the herbs, chopped onions and garlic. Top with the Gruyère and Breadcrumbs mix.

 

Cook in your Appolia dish at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes.

 

You can add prawns and/or cooked mussels to the sauce as well.
