Bacon and tomato flan with goat's cheese gratin
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 pack puff pastry, 1 log of goat's cheese, 2 eggs, 6 slices of bacon, 2 tomatoes, 1 tub of 20 cl (0.60 floz) of thick crème fraiche, salt & pepper.
Preparation time: 15 min
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C (350°F)/ Gas 6. Line the inside of your Appolia flan dish with the puff pastry and bake blind for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk up the eggs with the crème fraiche and season the mix with salt and pepper.
Remove the pastry from the oven and scatter the bacon on the base. Add the egg and cream mix. Slice the cheese and layer the top with sliced tomatoes.
